FRADLEY LOG STAND

I thought I'd post a drawing instead of the normal photo's to give you a sense of what I start with. This commissioned piece started out with a phone call from the customer, who knew what they wanted.... A double bin log rack that had shelves and had to fit with in an alcove by their stove. I thought on this for a while, then made the sketch you see above..... I've learned that the more time I put into drawings, the smoother the project goes. Even when you do build projects on paper it seems you still run into problems, but fewer problems.
